The staff were kind, helpful,. They arranged taxis and contacted a tour company for me. The food was FANTASTIC!!! The hotel is in lush green gardens near shops and restaurants.

There is a step up and down from the bed, so be careful if you get up in the night.

This hotel is amazing. The staff provided excellent service, always addressing me politely. Breakfast included made-to-order options alongside a buffet, a great start to each day. I enjoyed the convenience of the on-site spa and its well-priced massages. Lounging by the pool with the chill music was relaxing.

The bar closed a bit early. I wanted a nightcap after returning from town.

The room decor was aesthetically pleasing. A spacious lounge area and shelves made unpacking easy. White finishes gave the room a clean, new feel. The bathroom's gold hardware and shell items created a beach vibe.

Breakfast offered excellent choices every day. I found the Thai set menu to be delicious. The food was amazing!!! Dinner presentations were visually appealing. Great ingredients and flavors were consistently present.

Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful, especially by the pool and in the restaurant. I found the service attentive and polite. They have a client service mindset. the level of service was pretty good.
